About ISIPA 2024

2024 International Symposium on Image Processing and Analysis (ISIPA 2024) will take place during May 17-19, 2024 in Xiamen, China, which is a workshop of CIPCV 2024(www.cipcv.org).

ISIPA 2024 is the main annual image processing and analysis conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Publication

Papers will be selected through a review process. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted to Engineering Village, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing.

Call for Papers

ISIPA 2024 is scheduled to include high-quality paper presentation sessions revealing the latest research findings, and to engage participants in interesting discussion sessions.

*Submitted papers should be written in complete English and full paper should be limited to a minimum of 5 pages.
*Papers must describe original and unpublished work on the topics of the conference.

The author should submit the draft version of paper for review before the due submission deadline. Please submit the manuscript via CMT Submission System: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CIPCV2024.

▪ Your submission will be confirmed immediately by the system and in 2-3 working days by conference secretary.

Review Policy

ISIPA 2024 Editors perform an initial review of the manuscript's suitability to ensure the submission falls within the scope of the conference upon receipt. The topic is out of the conference will be rejected immediately.
The papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed by 2 or 3 independent reviewers. Reviewers evaluate submissions based on the requirements of the conference proceedings, predefined criteria, and quality, completeness, originality and grammar of the research presented.
Acceptance is granted when reviewers' recommendations are positive.

▪ One regular registration is should be Five pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged at 60USD.
▪ Only the first author is student could enjoy student registration fee. Please provide valid student proof.
▪ The author can enjoy additional paper discount if you are the first author of two papers. (There is a maximum of two papers, and extra papers are not eligible for discounts.)
▪ Accepted papers MUST be presented at the conference by one of the authors, or, if none of the authors are able to attend, by a qualified proxy. Papers may be presented orally or as posters.
▪ Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. The conference organizers will not refund or pay any compensation in which the non-attendance or withdrawal is due to any personal reasons.
2. The conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, epidemic and any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.
3. The conference organizers reserves the right to change the dates, place and form of the conference due to force majeure.
4. All refund requests must be made via email to conference secretary, the final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the conference organizers.

The workshop is open for anybody to attend. ISIPA 2024 will include full papers, abstract, oral presentations, poster presentations, you can attend the conference as author, presenter or listener.

Located at the southeast coast of China, Xiamen is a tourist city of Fujian Province famous for its attractive seascape. As one of the major seaports since ancient times, it boasts a wide gulf with deep water but without freezing and silting. The name of 'Xiamen' was consequently given, which means 'a gate of China'. As one of the forerunners of the special economic zones of China, the city mainly consisting of Xiamen Island, Gulangyu Island, the north bank area of the Jiulong River and Tong'an County, is connected with the mainland by the Gaoji Seawall, Xiamen Bridge, etc. The city has been called the Egret Island because of the hundreds of thousands of egrets inhabiting there. This is due to the beautiful natural scenery, the fresh air and the clean environment of the city.
